Terms and Conditions of 389w — Clear Rules So You Can Play with Confidence

By accessing or using the 389w, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their most recent version, available at 389w.net/terms-conditions. Acceptance applies to all platform features, including but not limited to: account registration, deposits, Sports Betting, casino games, withdrawals, and participation in promotions.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the 389w. By clicking "Sign Up" or performing any operation on the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under current Brazilian law.

To create an account and use the services of the 389w, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) issued by the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration;
• Not be listed on any gambling self-exclusion register in Brazil;
• Not have had an account previously closed by 389w for violation of these Terms.

The 389w conducts identity and age verification for all new registrations. You may be asked to submit documents such as a government-issued ID, CPF, driver's license, or proof of address. Your account may be temporarily restricted until verification is complete. Submitting false documents or incorrect information will result in immediate account closure and cancellation of all pending balances and winnings.

Each individual may hold only one active account at 389w. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, bonuses, or any restrictions is strictly prohibited and subject to the penalties described in Clause 10.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential — username, password, and any authentication code sent to your email or phone. All transactions carried out using your account credentials are your responsibility, unless you had previously reported unauthorized access to 389w before the transaction occurred. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication in your account settings.

The 389w does not allow balance transfers between different users' accounts, nor the granting of account access to third parties. Your account is personal and non-transferable. The available balance in your account cannot be used as collateral, a loan, or any other form of financial instrument.

The 389w accepts payments exclusively in BRL through the following methods available to users in Brazil:

• Pix — immediate processing, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Bank slip (Boleto) — with settlement within 1 business day;
• Credit and debit card (Visa and Mastercard) — immediate approval subject to review;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — immediate processing;
• TED Bank Transfer from any bank — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and others.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. 389w does not charge a deposit fee, but your financial institution may apply charges depending on the transaction type.

For withdrawals, the minimum amount is R$ 20.00 and 389w charges no fees. Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of the request, 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays. Withdrawals must be made to a Pix key registered to a bank account in your own name — transfers to third-party accounts are not accepted.

The 389w may request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, as a security measure against money laundering, in compliance with applicable Brazilian law. All financial transactions at 389w are conducted exclusively in BRL.

Sports Betting at 389w cover more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, Champions League), MMA and UFC, volleyball (Superliga and the Brazilian national team), basketball (NBB and NBA), tennis, Formula 1, and e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant).

A bet confirmed and accepted by the platform is final — bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation, except in situations expressly provided for in these Terms (cancellation due to a postponed or cancelled event, as described below).

If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 36 hours, 389w will cancel all pre-match bets and return the full amount to your account balance. Live bets placed on events interrupted before the minimum regulatory time required by the competition will also be cancelled and refunded.

The 389w reserves the right to void bets in cases of: a clear error in published odds, confirmed suspicion of match-fixing, technical inconsistencies that compromise market integrity, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, the staked amount is returned to the user's balance.

The return on parlay (accumulator) bets is calculated by multiplying the odds of each selection. If any event within a parlay is cancelled and refunded, the parlay bet remains valid with the odds recalculated excluding the cancelled event.

The live casino at 389w offers Blackjack tables (Classic, VIP, Perfect Pairs, Infinite, Double Exposure, and Power Blackjack) and roulette (European and live with Brazilian dealers), streamed in HD 24 hours a day with real dealers. Bonus funds and real funds are tracked separately on the platform. Bonus funds are available for betting and gaming but can only be converted to real funds and withdrawn after the full rollover requirements set out in the corresponding promotion have been met. 389w reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with prior notice where possible.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 389w:

• Intentionally and systematically exploiting technical errors, bugs, or odds inconsistencies;
• Placing bets on events for which you hold insider information;

• Use the platform for any purpose that is illegal under current Brazilian law.

The 389w monitors accounts continuously, using automated systems and manual review to detect suspicious behavior. Any prohibited conduct identified will result in the measures outlined in Clause 10.

The 389w reserves the right to suspend or close any account, at any time and without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Fraudulent conduct, attempted odds manipulation, or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities;
• Account identified as belonging to a person under 18 years of age;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activities;
• The user's own request (self-exclusion or voluntary closure).

In cases of closure due to a Terms violation, the 389w may withhold account funds if there is evidence of winnings obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of these Terms. The user will be notified by email of the decision and will have the right to present their case within 10 business days. In cases of voluntary closure or for reasons unrelated to fraud, the available balance will be returned via Pix to the key registered on the account.
