🤝 Bet Responsibly
At 389w, Sports Betting and casino are entertainment — not guaranteed sources of income. That's why we provide real control tools so you can play within your means, in a healthy and informed way. Here you'll find everything the platform offers for responsible gambling in Brazil.
Platform exclusively for users 18 and older. Betting involves financial risk.
Responsible gambling means betting or playing casino games mindfully — knowing how much you can spend, setting limits before you start, and recognizing when it's time to stop. Simple in theory, but it can be hard in practice when the excitement of a Brasileirão match or a live blackjack round is at its peak.
A 389w was built with this reality in mind. We don't want users who bet beyond their means — we want satisfied users who come back because they enjoyed the experience, who play within the budget they set for entertainment, and who know they have full control over how much they spend on the platform. That's the kind of relationship we want to build with 389w users.
Problem gambling doesn't happen overnight. It usually starts gradually — a bet a little larger than planned, a session that ran longer than you'd told yourself it would, a deposit made in an emotional moment after a loss. A 389w provides tools to break that cycle at any point before it becomes a real problem.
All responsible gambling tools at 389w are accessible directly in your account settings — no red tape, no need to contact support. You can set a deposit limit, configure session alerts, or request self-exclusion in under two minutes, and the changes take effect immediately. Limits can be reduced instantly, but increases only take effect after a 24-hour waiting period, specifically to protect you from impulsive decisions.
A 389w is a platform exclusively for users 18 and older. We verify the age of all users at registration and carry out additional identity checks when necessary. Any account identified as belonging to a minor is closed immediately. If you suspect a minor is attempting to access the platform, please contact us at contato@389w.net.
Sports Betting — whether on Brasileirão Série A football, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, UFC, Superliga volleyball, or NBB basketball — is a form of entertainment that makes following the games more engaging. The live casino with blackjack, roulette, and real dealers is a leisure experience. None of these products should be seen as an income strategy or a way to solve financial problems. The 389w stands behind this message because we believe it's true — and because the well-being of our users matters more than any short-term revenue.
If you're unsure whether your gambling habits are healthy, use our self-assessment tool below. It's not a medical diagnosis — it's a set of simple questions that can help you spot warning signs before they become bigger problems. And if you need support, 389w's 389w is available 24 hours a day, in Portuguese, to listen and guide you without judgment.
Full control in the palm of your hand — configure everything directly in your account settings, no need to contact anyone.
Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month. Once activated, the platform automatically blocks any deposit attempt that exceeds your configured limit — whether via Pix, bank slip, credit or debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, or TED. You can lower your limit at any time with immediate effect. Increases only take effect after 24 hours.
Set a cap on the total amount you can lose on bets per day, week, or month. Once the loss limit is reached, 389w automatically blocks new bets until the period resets. It's a way to protect your budget even when results aren't going your way — without having to remember to stop yourself.
Set how much time per session you want to spend on the platform. As your configured time approaches its limit, 389w displays an on-screen alert. Once the limit is reached, your session ends automatically. It's easy to lose track of time when you're following a live match or playing blackjack — this feature exists precisely for that reason.
Need a quick break without closing your account? The temporary break feature blocks your access to the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — effective immediately. During the break, you won't receive promotional notifications and won't be able to make deposits or place bets. Perfect for stepping back without the pressure of a permanent decision.
The most powerful tool for anyone who feels their gambling is getting out of hand. You can self-exclude from 389w for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently — effective immediately. Your access is blocked right away, you stop receiving promotional communications, and any available balance can be withdrawn via Pix after the security verification process.
Access your full betting history, live casino sessions, deposits, and withdrawals directly in your account. Seeing clearly how much you've wagered, won, and lost over a given period is one of the most effective ways to keep gambling in a healthy perspective. Transparency about your own numbers makes a real difference.
All tools are available at My Account → Responsible Gambling after logging in to 389w. Limits can be configured at any time, with no need to contact support. For urgent self-exclusion, you can also request it via live chat or by emailing contato@389w.net — the block is applied within 10 minutes of your request being confirmed.
Step-by-step guide to activating responsible gambling limits on the platform — takes less than 2 minutes.

In your account's side menu, click "Responsible Gambling." You will see all available tools: deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, temporary breaks, and self-exclusion.

What 389w does — and what 389w will never do — when it comes to its users' responsible gambling.
389w is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We verify date of birth at registration and carry out additional document verification (national ID, driver's license) when necessary. Any account identified as belonging to a minor is closed immediately and any deposited funds are returned to the legal guardian.
Users with an active self-exclusion or temporary break will not receive any marketing emails, promotional notifications, or special odds communications from 389w for the entire duration of the restriction. This block is automatic and requires no separate request — it takes effect as soon as the limit is activated.
You can lower any limit at 389w with immediate effect — but increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period. This measure exists to protect you from impulsive decisions made in the heat of a game, when emotions can override financial planning.
389w monitors behavioral patterns that may indicate problem gambling — such as a sudden spike in deposits, chasing losses, or excessive session times. When such patterns are identified, our team may proactively reach out with suggestions for control tools, always in a respectful and confidential manner.
389w's support team is available in Brazilian Portuguese, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you have questions about responsible gambling tools, want to flag a concern about your gambling behavior, or simply need help activating a limit, our team is ready via live chat on the platform or by email at contato@389w.net.
If you have minors at home with access to your phone or computer, we recommend enabling parental controls available on the device's operating system to block access to betting sites. Parental control tools are natively available on all Android and iOS devices, as well as computers running Windows or macOS.
