🏆 Our Story
389w was born from a simple idea: to create a sportsbook that truly understands the Brazilian way of following sports and placing bets. A platform that speaks the local bettor's language, accepts Pix, pays out fast, and delivers what matters — competitive odds, a real Live Casino, and support when you need it.

What drives us every day and guides every decision we make as a platform.
To give the Brazilian bettor the best Sports Betting and online casino experience — with competitive odds, fast payments, and a platform that genuinely works on mobile, anytime and anywhere in the country.
To be the number one betting destination in Brazil — recognized not just for our technology or odds, but for the trust we build with every user who chooses 389w as their sports entertainment platform.
Transparency in every published odd, speed in payments, respect for responsible players, and a commitment to data security. At 389w, these values aren't campaign promises — they're the foundation of how we operate every single day.
A 389w was born out of the frustration of a group of Brazilian bettors and developers with what the market had to offer: heavy interfaces, withdrawals that took days, support that replied in English, and a sports lineup that completely ignored the reality of fans here. What was missing was a platform that truly understood Brazil — not just football, but volleyball, UFC, NBB, e-sports, and everything else that makes up the national sports scene.
The result of that work is 389w: a platform built from the ground up with the Brazilian bettor at the center of every product decision. That means a Brazilian Portuguese interface, all transactions in BRL with no currency conversion, Pix deposits and withdrawals processed in minutes, and a sports catalog ranging from Brasileirão Série A to CBLOL, covering UFC, volleyball (Superliga and national team), basketball (NBB), tennis, Formula 1, and much more.
The sports coverage of 389w is built for fans who follow Brazilian sports closely. Having 200 European football leagues means nothing if Copa do Brasil games come with poor odds and limited markets. At 389w, Brasileirão Série A gets the same depth of coverage as the English Premier League — dozens of markets per match, live odds that update in real time, and special markets for the biggest clássicos. That commitment to local context is what sets 389w apart from platforms that simply translate a foreign product into Portuguese.
Beyond Sports Betting, the 389w features a Live Casino with real dealers streaming in HD 24 hours a day — including classic blackjack, VIP blackjack, Perfect Pairs, European roulette, live roulette with Brazilian dealers, and much more. The casino was built with mobile players in mind: the interface is smooth, games load fast even on a 4G connection, and the experience is just as good on a small screen as it is on desktop.
Security and transparency are non-negotiable pillars at 389w. We operate in full compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei nº 13.709/2018) and apply end-to-end encryption to all financial transactions and user communications. Your personal and financial data is never sold, shared, or used for any purpose beyond managing your account. When you deposit or withdraw at 389w, that transaction meets the same security standards used by Brazilian banks and fintechs.
The commitment to responsible gambling is also a fundamental part of who the 389w is. We don't want players who bet beyond their means — we want players who enjoy the platform in a healthy way, for entertainment and without pressure. That's why we offer self-exclusion tools, configurable deposit limits, and sessions with a maximum duration set by the user themselves. The platform is exclusively for users aged 18 and over, and all registrations go through identity verification.
Deposit at 389w is fast and 100% Brazilian: instant Pix processing, boleto bancário, credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), PicPay, Mercado Pago, or TED from any bank — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil. The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00, and Pix withdrawals hit your account in under 5 minutes, every day of the week — including weekends and holidays. That's the standard Brazilian bettors deserve, and exactly what 389w delivers.
389w operates in full compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei nº 13.709/2018). Your personal data is used exclusively for account management and transaction processing — never sold or shared with third parties without your consent. See our Full Privacy Policy for full details.
